Margherita Falagiani
Margherita provides her assistance to Italian and foreign companies, in civil, commercial and corporate law, both in out-of-court and judicial matters.

Education and Experience
Margherita graduated from the University of Florence in July 2013, with the grade of 110 cum laude, with a thesis on bankruptcy law (supervisor Prof. Lorenzo Stanghellini).
After graduating, she began a first professional collaboration with Prof. Avv. Niccolò Abriani and then continued her training at the law firm of Prof. Lawyer Lorenzo Stanghellini, where she was able to deepen her knowledge of commercial and bankruptcy law.
She is a lawyer, registered in Florence, since November 2016.
She collaborates with BASP since its foundation.
